Who processes your data

What data we collect
Only what you type into the booking form: your name, phone number, email if you give one, the pick-up and drop-off, the time, and any notes you add. Nothing else.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use the data only to answer your request and provide the transport service. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
How long we keep it
Your request arrives by email and is not stored in any database on this site. Messages are deleted once they are no longer needed; invoicing records are kept for the period required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no tracking cookies and no behavioural advertising. Visit statistics, where collected, are aggregated and cookieless — which is why we do not ask you to accept cookies.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, or object to its processing, using our contact details. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
