Local rides: the meter
For a ride taken on the spot — at the rank, by phone or flagged down — the meter runs at the regulated tariff. The fare depends on distance and time, and you see it at the end of the ride.
How the fare works
There are two ways to travel with us, and the fare is worked out differently in each.
Transfers: an agreed fare
If you arrange the trip in advance by phone or WhatsApp — the airport, Fátima, Nazaré, any long run — we settle the fare with you before setting off. It is fixed, and you know what you will pay before getting in.

Some cards may not be accepted by the terminal. If you plan to pay by card, tell us when you book and we will confirm.
Distances and journey times
So you know the trip before you get in touch. For the fare on a transfer, tell us the date, the time and the destination.

How is the fare worked out?
A ride taken on the spot runs on the meter, at the regulated tariff, and you see the fare at the end. A transfer arranged in advance by phone or WhatsApp is settled with you before you set off.
Can I know the cost before I travel?
On an arranged transfer, yes: tell us the date, the time and the destination and we come back with the fare. On a local ride the meter decides, so it is known only at the end.
How far in advance should I book?
For airport transfers, ideally a day ahead so the vehicle is guaranteed. For local trips we can often come straight away — call and we will confirm.
Is the fare per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Both the meter and an agreed fare cover the trip, not the number of people travelling.
How can I pay?
We take cash, MB Way and cards. Some cards may not be accepted by the terminal — if you plan to pay by card, tell us when you book and we will confirm.
Do you take pets?
Mention in your request that you are travelling with a pet and we will confirm the arrangements for that trip straight away.
Do you have a child seat?
Tell us the age of the child when you book and we will confirm the right restraint before the trip.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight number you give us and move the pick-up to match the real arrival time, at no extra charge for the wait.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes. Give us your tax number in the request or when you pay and we will issue an invoice.
